Common questions

Does Who Hasn't Paid take my money? No. We never take, hold or move payments. The app keeps track of who owes what and reminds people. You pay each other, or book with our partners, directly.

Someone added me to a trip and I don't want the reminders. Every nudge includes an option to stop further nudges. You can also email info@whohasntpaid.com and we will remove your details.

How do I delete my account and data? In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account, or email info@whohasntpaid.com from the address on your account.

I have a problem with a booking. Bookings are made with our partners (such as Booking.com), so please contact the partner you booked with. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
